Device Body: 12 months from date of purchase(Global Warranty)
Accessories: 6 months from date of purchase(Japan only)

    If purchased from the official online store, order number information is required.
  • If replacement with the same product is difficult, a product of equivalent value may be provided instead.
  • Some cases may not be eligible for free replacement even within the warranty period.
